What we collect
Your email address, the truck costs and profit standards you enter, the load screenshots you upload, the load details taken from those screenshots, and — only when you tap “Use My Current Location” — your device location at that moment.
How we use it
To read your load screenshots, measure driving miles, calculate your cost per mile and profit, and show your load history. We do not sell your data and we do not share your loads with brokers or load boards.
Who can see your data
Only you. Your loads, screenshots and cost settings are locked to your account at the database level, so no other SnapLoad user can read them.
Location
Location is requested only when you ask SnapLoad to measure empty miles from where you are. You can always type a starting city instead, and SnapLoad works fine without location access.
Payments
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. SnapLoad never sees or stores your card number.
Deleting your data
Email us and we will delete your account, saved loads and screenshots. Canceling SnapLoad Pro never deletes your load history.
